While working on an “Art Dare” to try to do one subject in ten different styles, I came up with this pixelated version of my sleeping cat. Awash in the blurry feeling that comes with hypnagogic imagination, her pixelated figure both shows the jagged nature of life and the less coherent rendering of dreams.
